Hi my name is Carrie Anne Ward and I am an international and Amazon Bestselling Author, welcome to my website.
For many years I dreamt of being a writer, so on July 1st 2013 I took the plunge and published my first novel. I don’t pretend to be the world best writer, but I do have the experience and the imagination to create a story, and I know how to put a story together. My style of writing is pretty simplistic but descriptive (if that makes sense) and I fully understand that my style of writing may not be to everyone’s taste, but then that’s life and you can’t please everyone.
I grew up in the seaside resort Clacton on sea in Essex, England, with my mum and two brothers until I was 16 years old. I then moved with my mother to Colchester (where I still currently reside) and went on to study Art and Design at the Colchester Institute. However, after recovering from the illness glandular fever (which meant I couldn’t finish my degree) I went out into the world to become a working class citizen and a glamour model on the side.
For many years I wrote stories in my spare time, mostly Horrors or Supernatural, but never felt the passion to take it further. My love for literature at school didn’t, at that point, over take my love of Art, but as I grew older my passion in writing surpass any other desire I ever had.
My passion for writing over the years grew excessively (mostly Erotic) and when BDSM (which stands for Bondage and Discipline, Dominance and Submission, Sadism and Masochism) Erotic books took the world by storm, I finally found the genre in which I wanted to write about. So being a former submissive, I decided to take my experiences in this lifestyle and combined them with my imagination to create a several stories. So at the age of 33 I fulfilled my dream to become a Author by releasing my debut novel A Taylor Made Student, the first book of 3 from The Taylor Made Series.
